For this reason, I.CO.P. S.p.A. Benefit Company has refined the processes that have enabled it to obtain two important certifications ISO30415:2021 and UNI /PdR 125 (both available in the Certifications section), which are the tool that allows the company to demonstrate its ability to operate in a more inclusive and less discriminatory work environment.
The path leading to these certifications has allowed us to track elements related to diversity and inclusion through specific kpi and to adopt continuous improvement plans.
ISO 30415:2021 “Human Resource Management -Diversity and Inclusion” is the first international certification on Diversity & Inclusion and demonstrates the ability to enhance the diversity of the work environment by fostering inclusion and a welcoming corporate culture by involving Governance, Board, employees and stakeholders. The ISO 30415 guideline applies to the life cycle of human resource management, product and service delivery, supply chain relations and external stakeholder relations to ensure fairness, equity and equality.
UNI/PdR 125:2022, on the other hand, covers issues related to Gender Diversity and the benefits it can bring to the organization. It aims to ensure the achievement and maintenance of a more inclusive and less discriminatory work environment.
