Whenever any personality traits, urgent business or the need to remedy negligent behaviour or insufficient results direct us away from this, it is important for us to recall these values.

It is interesting to see how people from different origins – Albanian, Bulgarian, Colombian, Malaysian, Polish, Romanian, German people – have been peacefully and effectively integrated at different levels – even management ones – of our Company.
They (foreign workers and employees who are now part of our organisation) are a witness to how successful integration respects the dignity of all.
