SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
SDGs IN I.CO.P.
I.CO.P.’s social commitment started in 1997: in that year Paolo Petrucco founded Impresa Cooperativa Pali, whose members were workers and employees of the company. This is a clear evidence of how the participation of everyone inside the Company has always been considered an added value.
I.CO.P. has come a long way since then, and has continued to address its social mission through many activities. These activities follow two main guidelines: social and environmental sustainability.
In 2015 the UN established 17 Sustainable Development Goals and invited companies from all over the world to make their own contribution to achieve these goals. The activities of the Company fully meet the goals presented by the UN, even if I.CO.P.’s commitment has a much longer history behind it.
