I.CO.P. S.p.A. Benefit Company has always been very sensitive to the well-being and safety of its employees. For this reason, it has joined the WHP program by adopting a series of company policies that have a direct impact on the lives of all men and women workers, creating a workplace that promotes health, encourages physical activity, provides opportunities to quit smoking, promotes healthy eating, and implements actions to improve well-being at work and beyond.
I.CO.P. S.p.A. Benefit Company has made a range of choices for each WHP goal:
- promotion of healthy nutrition: company canteen with 0-km products, vending machines with healthy products, in-house signage with information on healthy nutrition;
- physical activity: group fitness activity in the company (company walking group), agreements with gyms and swimming pools, company facilities to carry out sports activities (soccer field, tennis);
- safe and sustainable mobility: control and maintenance of company vehicles, agreements for purchasing on road safety;
- wellbeing and work-life balance: warning case (SA 8000), corporate welfare interventions for social welfare or health care expenses, reimbursement of health care expenses, aid for the care of elderly or disabled family members, services/initiatives for employees’ children during non-school periods, flexible working hours, smart working;
- internal anti-smoking policy.
In October 2022, I.CO.P. S.p.A. Benefit Company became part of the Friuli Venezia Giulia WHP Network with recognition from the Azienda Sanitaria del Friuli (click to read the news article about).
